Volume:
140 × 0.333 = 46.6 cubic feet
That's the amount of concrete needed before converting into delivery units.

Convert thickness:
4 inches = 0.333 ft
Calculate volume:
18 × 12 × 0.333 = 71.9 cubic feet
Convert:
71.9 ÷ 27 = 2.66 cubic yards
You'll likely order about 2.75–3 cubic yards after adding a small safety margin.
Shed Base Concrete Example
A shed places more weight on the slab than a patio.
